This is a Strategy for our clients to manage Continuous Improvement throughout their organisation that addresses SRTO 2.2. This includes the data to be collected, how we're going to act on that data and monitor the data through the monthly quality and compliance meeting.

To ensure that we are systematically monitoring our systems, we have implemented a continuous improvement strategy, this strategy includes:

  5. How data will be analysed
  6. Who is responsible?

  8. Implementation of improvements
  9. Monitoring of data

The strategy includes a list of stakeholders from which we will collect data, this is also mapped against each form within the RTO to identify who the key stakeholders are.
